Mat PilatesThis low-impact class incorporates postural alignment, breathing, core stability and emphasises controlled movements. It is a low impact class, suitable for every body. Beginners welcome & no experience required needed.
Please note that Mat Pilates classes are capped at 10 participants to ensure more individualised attention and (covid permitting) alignment corrections. |
1:1 ClassesMat-based Pilates classes focus on strength, stability, posture, breath, and balance. In a 1:1 class we focus on what your body needs. These classes are suitable for everybody! From those just starting out wanting to learn the basics, to those who regularly move within their bodies who want to work towards a specific movement or goal.
1:1 classes are available by appointment at a time and location convenient to you. This class can be as gentle or challenging as you need, with the focus on your body and your movement. |
