"Yoga is about clearing away whatever is in us that prevents our living in the most full and whole way. With yoga, we become aware of how and where we are restricted — in body, mind, and heart — and how gradually to open and release these blockages. As these blockages are cleared, our energy is freed. We start to feel more harmonious, more at one with ourselves. Our lives begin to flow — or we begin to flow more in our lives."

Vinyasa Flow YogaVinyasa yoga is all about fluidity and movement. No two Vinyasa classes are the same as we move through flowing sequences geared to open and strengthen the entire body.
This flow class is suitable for those practitioners seeking a stronger flow style. Suitable for all bodies and levels, this class slowly builds heat with a focus on alignment, strength, balance and flow. |
Yin YogaA slower, mature, and gentle practice suitable for all ages and bodies. Yin Yoga has an emphasis on melting into postures, cultivating stillness. The practice stretches and stimulates connective tissues, or fascia, deep in the body. A Yin pose is held anywhere from 3 to 10 minutes, allowing us to soften into the pose, finding space and ease within our minds and bodies.
Yin Yoga helps to reduce stress and anxiety, teaches the mind & body how to be still, strengthens the connective tissues and joints, improves mobility and helps to promote healthier organ function. |
Restorative YogaSimilar to Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga encourages physical, mental, and emotional relaxation. It is appropriate for all ages and bodies. Restorative yoga is practiced at a slow pace, focusing on long holds, stillness, and deep breathing. In Restorative Yoga, we soften into fully supported poses using bolsters, blankets, and blocks, allowing our minds and bodies to fully relax and melt into the poses.
